Daily Mass Readings for March 01, 2026: Gospel — Mt 17,1-9

¹ Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go out from your country, your relatives, and your father’s household to the land that I will show you. ² Then I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you, and I will make your name great, so that you will exemplify divine blessing. ³ I will bless those who bless you, but the one who treats you lightly I must curse, so that all the families of the earth may receive blessing through you.” ⁴ So Abram left, just as the Lord had told him to do, and Lot went with him. (Now Abram was 7 ⁵ years old when he departed from Haran.)

⁸ So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me, a prisoner for his sake, but by God’s power accept your share of suffering for the gospel. ⁹ He is the one who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not based on our works but on his own purpose and grace, granted to us in Christ Jesus before time began, 1 ⁰ but now made visible through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus. He has broken the power of death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel!
